Five people have been charged by the Argentine authorities in the death of Liam Payne, the famous world singer who died in Buenos Aires earlier this month due to an early death.
These are some serious charges such as negligent homicide, manslaughter, and drug offenses which were recently disclosed by the local media according to TMZ.
One of the accused is Payne’s friend, Roger Nores, who said he left the artist at the CasaSur Palermo hotel about an hour before Payne’s fatal fall.
Nores has been charged with negligent homicide and he has been banned from traveling anywhere until the investigations are going on.
However, it is still up in the air whether he has been arrested and detained as per TMZ. Two others, Braian Paiz, who works as a waiter, and the employee of the CasaSur hotel, Ezequiel Pereyra, were accused of providing narcotics to Payne.
According to investigators, both of them supplied the singer with cocaine which he took before he died in hours.
Moreover, hotel managers Gilda Martin and Esteban Grassi stand trial for manslaughter, which the prosecutors said the pair negligently allowed circumstances that led to the accident.
The 30-year-old singer tumbled off a balcony at CasaSur Palermo hotel, according to sources, he had engaged himself in consuming whiskey and cocaine for the whole day.
This has, however, shocked the music industry as well as his fan base all around the world after he was suddenly and mysteriously killed.
TMZ also expounded that a judge had earlier granted the prosecutor’s application to charge Nores with abandonment, implying more charges could be laid against him.
Five people facing charges have been issued summons as the process of investigation goes on.
