In preparation for his album that is set to be released this Sunday, Grammy award-winning artist, Bad Bunny, has released a new short film DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOTos, connected to the upcoming album. The movie screenplay and direction are by Benito A.
Martínez Ocasio’s Bad Bunny’ and Ari Maniel Cruz Suarez, with Jacob Morales, are arguably one of Puerto Rico’s most prominent actors and a pioneer filmmaker in the island’s history.
This is a story of Morales’ character with his companion, Concho, voiced by artist Kenneth Canales. Using a set of photographs, he remembers Puerto Rico of the past when people recognized each other and the surroundings.
But things have changed. His neighbors are unknown and even the local bakery might have a different owner by now. Still, the main character is desperate trying to identify the country that was destroyed, but he still values what used to exist.
