Chum Darang was born on 16 October 1991 (Wednesday) in Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh, India. At present Chum is 33 years old. She is an actor, model, social activist, and entrepreneur, and is now in the famous reality show Big Boss 18.
Chum has been crowned the Miss AAPSU in 2010 title. She has also represented India at Miss Earth India 2016 and Miss Asia World 2017. This was not all she participated in many other beauty pageants after that.

Chum first made her acting debut in 2020 with the Amazon Prime Video’s Paatal Lok where she played a small role.
