“It was an honor to design the look for Faraz Arif Ansari for the world premiere of his debut film Bun Tikki at the 36th Palm Springs International Film Festival.
After all the research, we created a traditional Jama using 30 meters of the finest mul mul cotton fabric and 55 meters of Hyderabadi antique copper lambi gota. To complete the look, a black organza Rekha odhni was added to finish that perfect monochromatic look.
This is my second international red carpet look, and I’m beyond grateful for this opportunity. Faraz, we’re incredibly proud of you—let’s go to the movies! #BunTikki”
Faraz looks absolutely stunning in the designer outfit. The 48 Kalis stitched in the dress complimented each move.
While the debut of Faraz Arif Ansari was the highlight of the festival, the film received attention with the company of two legendary actresses namely Zeenat Aman and Shabana Azmi who added film star power to the project.
