Nidhi Seth completed her basic schooling at St. Kabir School, Ahmedabad. Later, she went to H. L. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad to complete her graduation. Nidhi is a certified e-commerce and web designer.
Nidhi Seth ties a knot with Karan Veer Mehra on 24 Jan 2021. But just after a year things fell apart and the couple distanced themselves. In an interview, Nidhi said that marrying Karan Veer Mehra was the worst mistake of her life and in 2023 the couple officially divorced.
