Last year only we heard rumors about casting Tripti Dimri for Aashiqui 3 alongside Kartik Aryan. Now there’s another side of the story being circulated on internet.
According to sources, Tripti Dimri exits from Aashiqui 3. The reason for this is assumed to be her previous bold roles in movies like Animal.
As per an industry insider, “The basic essence expected from the leading lady in Aashiqui3 is ‘innocence’ which as per the team of the movie, Tripti Dimri with her recent movies has got vulgar to be a part of this romantic movie and this movie requires sheer purity in the lady protagonist.”
And so with Aashiqui which has a legendary, soulful love story, the makers do not find Tripti fitting the criteria.
After Animal, Tripti has not been seen in any of the Bollywood hits. Moreover, her recent films have not been financially fruitful especially with her standing alone at the box office.
Triptii Dimri was last seen with Kartik Aaryan in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 as Meera. In the movie “Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video” as Dr. Vidya Babla with Rajkummar Rao.
