Squid Game from Netflix has taken the world by storm, and it has got a good response in every region of the world. The strange post-apocalyptic reality show has been praised for its concise scenario and fabulous actors.

Is Sae-Byeok Alive in Squid Game?
Sae-byeok, Gi-hun, and Sang-woo were the last three contestants of the Glass Bridge challenge that was part of Episode 7. Once the game was over, they shattered the glass panel of the bridge and inflicted injuries on three of them.
Sae-byeok was severely injured by the glass but hid it from the others. The three of them were at the end of the game and were dressed formally and invited for dinner. The knives were remaining with the players after dinner.
It is exactly where Gi-hun convinces Sae-byeok to join forces to eliminate Sang-woo because he can do all sorts of things to win.
Sae-byeok then pleads to Gi-hun to agree that regardless of the winner between them, the loser’s family will be supported. She saves Gi-hun from stabbing Sang-woo when he is asleep telling Gi-hun that he is not a killer.
After a while Sae-byeok’s wound becomes infected and Gi-hun decides to ask for help from the guards. As fate would have it, while Gi-hun was out looking for help, Sang-woo killed Sae-Byeok. The guards came and carried her body.
Many fans think that since there was no announcement, it means that Sae-byeok is not dead in fact. The only other time that there was no announcement was when the Old Man appeared to have died in the game of marbles.
And since as viewers learn in the final moments of the film, the Old man was not actually dead, it is quite possibly the same for Kang Sae-byeok.
While many fans are assuming that she had a knife with her, using which she might have cut her way out of the black box before it could be burnt.
Every fan theory has its own set of critics, however, and this one is no exception either.
While some still hope that Sae-Byeok is alive, many others believe that she has been stabbed so badly that there’s no chance of her surviving.
